WPIAL Community Champions

Established in 2021 as part of the WPIAL & Pittsburgh City League Food & Fund Drive in partnership with the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank, the Community Champion award is bestowed upon the schools that tabulate the most "meals" (total between money donated and food collected) in each of the six divisions, which are determined on enrollment. There has been a total of 15 schools to claim Community Champion plaudits, with Armstrong and Winchester Thurston being three-time champions, and Knoch, Redeemer Lutheran, Seneca Valley, Seton LaSalle, and Southmoreland winning the honors twice.

A full list of Community Champions and the amount of "meals" that they raised is below. Schools listed in bold were that year's overall Community Champion.
