The Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League (WPIAL) has crowned team champions in girls' track & field since 1984. The 2025 season marks the WPIAL's 41st year of team competition in the sport, and the winning the championships were Norwin (Class 3A) and Quaker Valley (Class 2A).
