The Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League (WPIAL) has crowned champions in girls' lacrosse since 2004. The 2025 season marks the WPIAL’s 21st year of competition in the sport, and winning the championships were Mt. Lebanon (Class 3A) and Mars (Class 2A).
Below you will find links to each classification's champion and championship game, and all the schools who have won a WPIAL girls' lacrosse championship. The 2020 season was not contested due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
