The Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League (WPIAL) has crowned champions in boys' lacrosse since 2009. The 2026 season marks the WPIAL's 17th year of competition in the sport, and winning the championships were Shady Side Academy (Class 3A) and Mars (Class 2A).
