The Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League (WPIAL) has crowned champions in boys' lacrosse since 2009. The 2025 season marks the WPIAL's 16th year of competition in the sport, and winning the championships were Mt. Lebanon (Class 3A) and Mars (Class 2A).
