PIAA Girls' Golf Champions - Individual

The Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) has crowned individual champions in girls' golf since 1974. Each classification champion and additional student-athletes from the Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League (WPIAL) have qualified for the PIAA Championships since its inception, with PIAA District VII claiming a total of 25 individual state champions in the sport.

The WPIAL has had a pair of three-time PIAA individual champions in Greensburg Central Catholic's Olivia Zambruno (2014, 2015, 2016) and Hempfield Area's Katie Miller (1999, 2000, 2002). The league has also produced four two-time PIAA individual champions in Fox Chapel's Mya Morgan (2025, 2024), North Catholic's Maddie Smithco (2017, 2018), Greensburg Central Catholic's Staci Aber (1989, 1991), Hopewell's Jodi Figley (1984, 1986), and Fox Chapel's Michelle Michanowicz (1980, 1981).
