PIAA Girls' Cross Country Champions - Team

The Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) has crowned team champions in girls' cross country since 1975. Each classification champion and additional schools from the Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League (WPIAL) have qualified for the PIAA Championships since its inception, with PIAA District VII claiming a total of 20 state team champions in the sport.

The WPIAL has produced multiple PIAA girls' cross country team champions three times, doing so in 1975, 1993, and 2021. A total of three different WPIAL schools have won multiple PIAA team titles, with North Allegheny's nine being the most in league history. The other schools who have won two or more are: Ellwood City (2) and Kiski Area (2).
