Warren Timko exemplifies courage, perseverance, and character both on and off the football field. A three-year letter winner at Upper St. Clair High School, he competed on both the offensive and defensive lines, earning the respect of his teammates and coaches through his toughness, work ethic, and commitment to the program. Timko was a member of Upper St. Clair teams that competed at the highest levels of the WPIAL and PIAA, including the 2022 WPIAL Finals squad and the 2024 and 2025 WPIAL semifinalist teams. His football journey was interrupted by a cancer diagnosis that required brain surgery and months of intensive treatment at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Throughout his battle, Warren demonstrated extraordinary strength and resilience, ultimately overcoming the odds and ringing the bell to signify the completion of his treatment. He triumphantly returned to the sidelines and was honored on Senior Night in front of an adoring Upper St. Clair crowd. Beloved by his peers, Timko was voted Homecoming King, a reflection of the leadership, compassion, and spirit he brought to his school community. A true champion, Warren Timko’s impact extends far beyond the game, serving as an enduring example of courage and heart.
